How is my order shipped?

Parts and accessories are shipped via UPS Ground Service or US Postal Service. For rush orders, additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact our shipping department for detail shipping cost. Scooters will ship via freight truck. When shipping “Freight Truck” we will arrange delivery with one of several quality freight companies that we deal with on a daily basis.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Every credit card transaction is conducted on a secure server. We utilize Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol. Credit card transactions are processed through our SSL secure server to ensure security. We do not sell or share your information with any other company, ever!

If I place an order today, how long does it take for delivery?

It is our goal to ship your order the same day it is placed if we receive your order before 11:00 am Central Standard Time. It takes approximately 2 to 7 business days for delivery. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. What kind of warranty do you offer?

All of our items are protected by a 6 month limited parts Warranty. If your item arrives defective please contact one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives immediately in order to obtain further instructions.

How do I check my order status?

After placing your order successfully, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will contain instructions on how to check your order status. You may also contact us directly with any questions.

Is it safe for my children to ride on these items?

Typically children cannot ride these scooters legally because most states require at least an automobile driver’s license. Some state may require a motorcycle driver’s license. Please contact the state that you are operating this scooter in to check regulations. Drivers should always wear protective gear such as helmets and eye protection!

Is it legal to ride these gas powered scooters in my area?

We strongly suggest our customers contact local law enforcement for regulations in your area concerning your gas scooters prior to submitting an order.

How much assembling required?

Most of our scooters come 99% assembled. Please see details for each bike you’re selecting.

What is a 4-stroke engine?

"Four-stroke" engines are more closely related to car engines, in that they keep the lubrication and fuel systems separate, which keeps emissions down considerably since there is no oil burned in the combustion process. Most modern scooters utilize four-stroke engines.

Scooter Maintenance

We suggest changing the oil at least every 1000 miles. We recommend using10-30W-engine oil. Avoid using pure synthetic oil in a scooter, especially during the break in period.

Most owners' manuals recommend changing the transmission oil every 2000 miles or 6 months. We recommend using 80/90-transmission gear oil.

Scooter maintenance is pretty important. It's even more important than on a car because the engine has to work harder and component failure can more easily lead to loss of control.

Where can I get the replacement parts? Are they expensive?

We carry most of the common spare parts in our warehouse. Parts for scooters are also available at most scooter shops and many online parts stores. Parts for scooters are generally very reasonable when compared to other motor sports equipment.
