RETURN POLICY

Manufactures defects only will be covered. There are absolutely no refunds for any fueled items or used items regardless of damage or performance! Any unauthorized packages returned without a valid RMA number written on the exterior packaging will be refused and sent back to the customer. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please NOTE that all cancellations are subject to a non-negotiable non-refundable cancellation fee of $75.00. Please contact a Customer Service Representative by phone ONLY to request a cancellation. You may only cancel your order and obtain a refund less the $75 cancellation fee IF the order has not been shipped and/or is not pending shipment. Once the merchandise is shipped, the order may not be cancelled. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the initial shipping freight charge, the return freight charge and also a 30% restocking fee to cover the time, labor and materials invested in preparing the shipment. All other fees are non refundable, non negotiable. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the processing of your refund after the order has been cancelled and or returned.
Buylowpricescooters.com makes every effort to ensure that products are completely functional and free of any damage when leaving our warehouse. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.
We strongly suggest our customers inspect their product immediately upon delivery. If the crate is damaged in any way (looks twisted or it was dropped) note damage on the Bill of Lading and have the driver print and sign his name. Remove the cardboard and if the bike has extensive damage, CONTACT US immediately for assistance.
Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receiving the product and item must be received in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged in any way. We will not accept any scooter returns based on unsatisfactory legal status. Please check the legal status of scooters in your area.

• All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee
• Original shipping and handling are not refundable
• Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
• The customer is responsible for any damage or loss occurred during the return shipping.
• No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from buylowpricescooters.com

If you are returning the product, read the following terms thoroughly. Only after an inspection of the returned product shows it meets all of conditions for a return will a refund be issued.

You must meet all the following terms to qualify for a refund.

1. The products must be returned in unused and resalable condition
2. The products must be returned in its original packaging.
3. A copy of your original invoice must be included.
4. All packaging materials, instruction sheets and/or instruction manuals must be returned.
5. All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
6. Display the RMA number prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund.
